Are your products organic?

Here at suppl, we pride ourselves on using only the best ingredients in our products. We prioritize the use of organic ingredients and all organic components are noted in the ingredients list

Do you test on animals?

Nope! Just our good selves and other willing humans. :)

Is suppl a sustainable brand?

we are committed to reducing our carbon footprint to do our part for the environment. Currently, 90% of our packaging is recyclable and we always reassess our material choices to ensure we are not using plastic unnecessarily. We are currently working to create our most sustainable vessel to date and look forward to sharing it with you! As we grow and learn more about sustainable best practices, our promise to you is that we always strive for the gold standard of sustainability.

I've accumulated quite a few jars. Do you accept used jars for recycling?

We do! Please reach out to us via our contact form to let us know which packaging you would like to return. A member of our team will be in contact with you to coordinate the return of your empty packaging.

How do I store my body butter?

Our body butter melt when exposed to high temperatures.
To preserve quality and freshness, store out of direct sunlight in a cool dry place.

I have sensitive skin. Can I use your products?

All of our ingredients are skin-safe. We do not use any fragrance oils in any of our products. Most should not have a reaction to essential oils, however being that we are all beautifully unique, we encourage you to perform a patch test before applying to your body. We also have our NUDE Shea Butter as an alternative for those sensitive to essential oils.

How do refresh my SAPO Loofah?

To disinfect, soak in water with either baking soda and/or a few drops of your preferred essential oil.

My order was damaged in the mail.

We are very sorry to hear that. We do our very best to ensure our products reach you in perfect condition. Unfortunately, we don't have any control once it leaves our studio. Please reach out to us using the contact form so that we can help remedy the situation.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we can not accept returns or exchanges on opened merchandise.

Do you sell gift cards?

We currently do not have gift cards however, we will soon! Please check back here to see when they are available.
